Designers Guild provides professional branding, web design, and AI strategy services. The specific scope of work, timelines, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property
All original materials produced by Designers Guild during a project, including but not limited to designs, code, and strategies, are the property of Designers Guild until full payment has been received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the Service Agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
Designers Guild shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.
